Recruiter contact me on one of the job portal and in initial discussion I was agree to be part of interview process if they are ready to meet my expectation on salary part.
Total 4 Round of interview.
1 Round :- Basic Java concepts and 2-3 java program. Also ask around REST API and automation related stuff.
2 Round:- It was a managerial round where more focus was on approaches and processes which i was following in my current organization. Discuss around REST API and some automation scenario.Overall it was good experience and went well for me
3 Round:- This was VP round. One of the finest discussion (I wont say interview as it was more on discussion side)i have ever appeared. Discussion started with my understanding and capabilities and what i know in terms of automation then he explained what he want to achieve by using my capabilities. He had very deep understanding on automation , transformation and deliverable. This round also went well
Round 4 :- HR Round. It was normal discussion with HR and went well
Last thing was salary discussion and here HR had her own reason for not giving me salary which i had already discussed with recruiter before appearing to interview. Overall it was good experience but they should be clear on salary part and candidate's expectation if starting any interview process else it will be resulted as time waste for both Organization and candidate.
