The first-round interview was easy and non-technical, but one of the interviewers spent an exorbitant amount of time only talking about himself. After that interview, I didn't hear back for a few weeks, even though the recruiter said they would follow up within a week. They ended up calling to schedule a second round with a higher-up, who had clearly not bothered to read my application. He asked me about a technology that he said I had listed experience with on my resume, but after I told him I hadn't listed it, he went back and looked and corrected himself. Overall pretty disorganized process and team. I didn't even get an official offer letter, only an email from another recruiter that asked for my T-Shirt size so she could give me one during intern orientation. Pretty presumptuous to assume I would be joining without so much as giving me an official offer, but I ended up emailing my original recruiter to tell him that I had accepted a position elsewhere.
