I interviewed for a customer service position, and overall, the experience was positive. The interviewers were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. They asked a variety of questions that allowed me to showcase my communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service experience. I was able to demonstrate my ability to stay calm under pressure and address customer concerns effectively.

Detailed and precise. The interviewer was very supportive, positive and engaging. There were no negatives and usually they allow you to take your time to gather your thoughts and answer the questions. All together I've had a great experience so far.

In person interview with a manager and a supervisor. Lasted around 40 minutes and was fairly casual. I dressed in a suit and that seemed appropriate. The role was was centred around teamwork and working well will customers to assist them.
