I had a phone interview from the HR Manager, that went well and proceed with an Interview with the executive District Manager. It followed with an email from HR with Details for the interview and promising that he will even offer me positions that not were listed yet.

Come prepared with answer about questions regarding customer service. Also emphasize your ability to upsell products and services the bank offers. That will really catch your interviewer's attention.
