J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Santander (Boston, MA) en juin 2014
Entretien
Received random phone call from recruiter asking me to come in and interview after applying originally for a different position. Met with a team leader. Nice individual. Had a casual conversation for an hour or so. Got a call back about a week later asking for a short technical interview. I proved I was capable of learning whatever they wanted me to do. A few minutes after that call I got a job offer.

I had to prove that working there was indeed what I wanted. They wanted someone long term and committed who was willing to grow with the company. During the technical interview I was just honest about what I was capable and knowledgeable of and proved that I could learn if necessary.
