Phone interview followed by face to face interview. Alot of "can you tell me about a time you showed this" etc. Followed by a role play during the 1-1 interview

I submitted an application through their careers website and was called by a friendly and supportive HR staff member. I was invited to an online interview with a manage from the relevant team. I found the interview non-daunting and they encouraged me to be myself, allowing time when i needed to think. I would recommend the process.
