They really wanted me and didn’t want to negotiate back and forth so offered me at the highest end of my salary range. I interviewed downtown so parking was a bit of an issue but they validated parking of you used the garage next door. They use a third party vendor who conducts the background checks. Entire process from application to accepting offer was one week.
