Applied online and received a phone call within days to arrange a telephone interview - successfully completed the telephone interview and was invited to an assessment day at the centre in Bradford. It was a group exercise and then onto individual interviews later on in the session. I completed the day and received a phone call later that afternoon telling me I was successful. Also I am 27 weeks pregnant which is reassuring that they don't discriminate here.

Had to go online for a video interview (same day as I applied) and answer basic customer service questions which where not difficult. The setup to access the service was quite easy too.

Applied online via indeed and had a video interview within about a month after applying. Not a difficult process and questions were mainly behavioural questions centred around communication skills and problem solving in different situations
