Entretien
I applied on line on their website. Received an email with link to the test. Basic math test, ability to read a statment (difference between in and outs), so mostly things that everyone with a bank account does for himself.
Then I received a call (2 days later) where I was told that I'd passed and there would have been a phone interview.
Further step, 3 hours in their center and actually things were very much the same, just with some roleplaying added.

Had to go online for a video interview (same day as I applied) and answer basic customer service questions which where not difficult. The setup to access the service was quite easy too.

Applied online via indeed and had a video interview within about a month after applying. Not a difficult process and questions were mainly behavioural questions centred around communication skills and problem solving in different situations
