It was an internal job interview for a position to become a SBRM. The manager was rude and it seemed he wanted to pick my brain about people I work with that he oversees rather than determine if I am a qualified candidate. Currently, Santander is looking to fill the other half of the SBRM position with about 17 positions unfilled. The bank is putting big focus on this role and a lot of pressure on the current SBRMs.
