An online application followed by an automatic online test (numeracy and literacy). Telephone interview, invitation to a formal interview.
Great HR process and interview experience, I can understand why I wasn't hired, student considering a gap year looking for part time work whilst the employers are more keen for definite full time staff. Know what you're looking for in a job.
To the hiring managers, ask questions which are more definite and clear.

Had to go online for a video interview (same day as I applied) and answer basic customer service questions which where not difficult. The setup to access the service was quite easy too.

Applied online via indeed and had a video interview within about a month after applying. Not a difficult process and questions were mainly behavioural questions centred around communication skills and problem solving in different situations
