Entretien
I applied online and did an online test on a Friday. Got a call on Tuesday for a phone interview, which I was told that I passed immediately. Then I was invited to the assessment center a week after. It was later postponed. The whole process took roughly 3 weeks. It was pretty easy and quite relaxing. There wasn't any form of pressure even though it was a mixture of group interview and then one to one

tell us about yourself, what you do outside work and why you've applied for this role. Then there was a numerical and an eye for detail test which was divided into part A & B. Nothing to worry about, it was similar to the online test. There was also role play where a customer called in and you had to go through the already given profile of the customer. secure the missing details of the customer for update e.g, emails, telephone number. There is a script for this to give you guidance
It was a pretty straightforward, application and interview process. I was sent the questions there where going to be asked at the interview in advance via email. That made the interview a lot easier.
