A total of 3 interviews, the final one with the other team members in Finland. First one to evaluate overall knowledge and experience. Second one was a psico-technical test. Third one was with the tema members. The manager interviewing really lacked the knowledge to evaluate the real knowledge and experience what was being asked, but I guess gut feeling also makes a stand.
