I applied in December 2022. The process took 5 months. First round was a personality and aptitude based online assessment. Second round was a telephonic call with basic HR questions. The final round at Sandvik's office involved some group activities like puzzle games, case study assessment and 1:1 interview. The HR seems to be unprofessional and doesn't respond to any emails, if you don't hear from them in 3 weeks, then the application has been unsuccessful.
