they will ask you to build a complicated wordle game with total 4 tasks in a week before any interview, no feedback at all just rejection letter afterwards, not really worth the time

I had a screening test sent from the recruiter. The screening test is about writing a game in a week with 4 tasks. The time given is just a week only, which is too tight for people who have a full-time job. It is time consuming and a lot of work. I did not pass the screening test because I did not finish all tasks in the test. I would think twice to do a test next time for companies that ask you to do a long task because you could have spent a week doing crap but only got a one-liner rejection response at the end. The company could have adpoted interview process like the ones from Google, Amazon etc. They don't waste canadidate and interviewer's time. Those companies only ask necessary technical questions during the interviews, it's either you can do it or not able do it within your interview time.

Entretien
Very unprofessional and very unproductive. They will ask you to do an very time consuming assignment and after that, they will start the screening. I have passed the assignment but they declined my because my expect salary is higher than their budget. Please make sure you do the screening and you can afford to hire the candidate before you waste candidate's time :)
