Applied online via LinkedIn and was then invited for a recruiter phone screen round, didn't make it past that point. The recruiter called me and mentioned that she had not looked at my resume beforehand and since I'd need a visa sponsorship she won't be talking to me any further.

Nothing, the recruiter told me she was looking at my resume on the call and noticed I will require visa sponsorship that the role wasn't eligible for so she didn't carry the call forward
