I applied through their website and had about a 15 minute screening with the recruiter. I then had about an hour and a half interview with the hiring manager and 2 of his employees. Afterwards, I did not hear anything for almost 2 weeks in which they ended up wanting a 2nd interview. It has been almost 3 weeks since that interview, and I never heard anything any feedback, even after I sent a follow up, but it is safe to say I did not get the job. I found it unprofessional to not even respond with a decision, especially after I had sent a personal follow up.
