Entretien
Very easy, little to no care given. Samsung was scrambling for people due to poor management. Very typical questions were asked. There is no real preparation as long as you are in the loop as to whats going on.
Easy, one interview with regional manager online. Lots of focus on achieving kpi targets and customer service skills. Focus on previous experiences that will make you suitable for customer interactions
The interview if followed by week training if successful

Entretien
Group interview with 12 of us. Had to write 2 sales pitches for samsung products that would best suit the customer from the scenarios. We presented to the other perspective employee at our table. We then had to fill out a simple quiz on samsung, just a multiple choice quiz with questions like what operating system runs on samsung phones- a) os b) android.
Then a few small scenario questions like how can you relate to a customer etc.
We then had a short interview and were allowed to leave
The whole process took about an hour and a half
