5 Levels of interview including a psychometric test.Questions are almost same in 1st three rounds and asked in different languages.HR was present in all rounds, but others changed (immediate manager, country manager, global manager etc). In my opinion, interview process was not structured and it was very difficult to understand their objective, what skills are required.
