3 Steps.
1 - recruiter checkbox exercise about experience, numbers etc.
2 - 1 hour interview with VP of Sales.
3 - 2 part discovery call and demo with VP of sales and manager.
Offer sent shortly afterwards.

Question 1
First interview was focused on previous quota attainment. Real attention to detail here, so I would recommend spending time recapping on previous deals and being ready to talk about them, and what you could have done differently in closing them.
Second interview - the recruiter provides the prep materials. it's just a normal 15-20 min disco call.

Entretien
This was the worst interview experience I’ve ever had. After being pushed quickly through 5 rounds of interviews and nothing but positive feedback I was told they would have a decision in one week I had a start date the month after. They completely ghosted me for more than a month then I got an an automated rejection email. The recruiter would text and call me to check in during the process and never heard from her after that. The sales managers that interviewed me seemed like very mediocre sales people that have never managed anyone and had no real insight into the position.
