Exec Recruiter phone screen, followed by 3-4 hours virtual on-site interviews with hiring team (cross functional peer and skip-level interviewers). They asked me to do a “take-home assignment” like this is community college, that’s when I withdrew my application. (Note: not all applicants asked to do the assignment, which was a double red flag and likely shows a lack of inclusivity and/or trust at this company)
