My interview process at Samsara was by far one of the best experiences I have had interviewing at a company. And that is mostly because of the amazing recruiter I had the privilege of working with, MJ. She is energetic, passionate about providing a great candidate experience, and earns the trust of candidates through her candor and genuineness. From the start, MJ set realistic expectations for the process and was transparent about the comp package. She prepared me for my first two interviews beforehand with who I would be speaking with, and what type of questions I would get thrown my way. The interview consisted of 4 rounds: a recruiter phone screen, manager phone screen, behavioral/ situational interview (2 managers), and a final presentation. It was clear from all the people I got to speak to that Samsara has a great culture and team. After each interview, I would promptly receive a call from MJ to give me feedback. I really appreciated that she gave me all of feedback (good and bad) they had for me, even if it was something small. From start to finish I felt very supported - every interview process should be like this, it speaks volumes to the type of company Samsara is!
Multiple rounds
It would be weeks in between each one to so took forever, the pay was too low for requiring 6 rounds and a project
company seems to have this attitude that since they are a great place to work candidates should be willing to do multiple rounds of interviews for weeks at a time with no feedback

Entretien
The director reached out to me directly on LinkedIn and urged me to apply. The interview process was clear. This consisted of a series of two individual interviews and then a mock presentation. All went well, or so I think, I never received any feedback. My negative experience comes from the fact that I never heard from a team member, even with a rejection notice, despite multiple follow-ups.

Entretien
Samsara is very efficient and doesn’t waste anyones time on scheduling and following up with interviews. Their team is clearly considerate and even has auto emails asking for feedback on their interview process. Had 5 rounds for their midmarket (scaled) CSM role. Rounds are: phone screening, hiring manager call, call with multiple hiring managers, take home test and review of said test, and final round is with executive leadership.
