The overall interview process at Samsara was efficient and very candidate-friendly. My recruiter helped me prep through every step of the process and the interviewers were always on-time, well prepared and asked terrific questions

Completed the phone screen, after which I was selected not to proceed.
Recruiter was professional and provided full transparency with pay, along with direct feedback on why I was not selected.
The interview experience was overall positive. The recruiters and interviewers were personable and professional. There were multiple stages and the in-person interview (pre-COVID) was a long afternoon but very enjoyable.
