Started with screening call with a recruiter (mine was Owen J. and she was awesome). Then met with the direct team i'd be working with, and closed out with separate interviews with members of different functions i'd be interacting with and assisting. Very positive experience with my recruiter who was knowledgeable and transparent throughout the process, made my interview process enjoyable.

Recruiter screen 30m Phone > Initial Interview with Hiring Manager or Subordinate 45m Zoom > 4 interviews with others each 45m on Zoom. Told it would take 2 to 3 weeks by recruiter for whole process, but was 3 weeks before 4 interviews were scheduled. Told by recruiter that the interviews would include systems design questions and would be behavioral-based interview questions based on their company values and operating principles. Instead, I was asked to explain my company's systems architecture and tech stack in detail, and to give examples of technical decisions I had made. Was called and told they were looking for a TPM to make technical decisions and I was not technical enough and that I could continue to be interviewed but would not be considered for the role. Why would I want to continue to interview then? JD was not accurate. Recruiter gave inaccurate information. Waste of time all around.
