Phone screen with recruiter. It was apparent to me they did not review or read my resume. Asked me to describe my experience. Asked pointed questions on whether I had proposal experience, which I had. Came back and told me it they wanted someone with experience writing scopes of work and to apply for other customer success roles. I have no idea why they wasted my time in calling me when my experience is clearly written in my resume.
