Completed take home test - built a forecasting model in excel to predict ROI on new hire + completed SQL question.
Feedback on the excel model was not good - given the context that the candidate has - they must make assumptions.
No feedback on the SQL - when asked regarding that portion: "Meh, I hardly use SQL anyway" - manager
