Not sure what they were thinking..too many behavioral questions..not even an attempt to understand the candidates strengths..simply introduce themselves and jump into written questions and find answers..7 rounds and every round is 45min long with 40 mins of these

Very thorough. They are very intentional about getting to know you and asking very intentional questions about your background and experience which I really appreciated. Probably the most thorough interview process I have been through in the sense that they were truly trying to get to know my experience, my skillset, my value I can bring. Very thoughtful questions. You can tell they care about who they hire.
