The interview process consisted of 30-minute phone interviews with the following resources: Recruitment, Director of Customer Success, Hiring Manager, and VP of Customer Success It also included a case study and I was instructed to come up with a presentation to show a customer during the sales cycle about the implementation process. I rated this process as neutral because after making it to the final round (before confirming references), I was not provided with specific feedback on why they were not moving forward with me. I asked the recruiter for feedback so I could know how to improve as I continue with my job search but they had nothing to say.
