1)Once the candidate applies on any other job board 2)The Recruiter will tell them to apply on the Careers Page 3) You will get a easy test link 4) After completing the test link you will get an assignment 5) I have done all the things that they mentioned in the assignment but still, they rejected me without any reason 6) They have ignored my follow up messages in which I asked them for feedback, ( I spent whole 2 days completing the assignment) 7) Lastly do the assignment only if you want to waste your time :(
