My interview with Sambla Group was highly disappointing. Despite my nearly six years of experience in the field, the HR representative quickly dismissed my qualifications, stating that experience outside the EU doesn't count. This was a shocking instance of open discrimination, making it the worst interview experience I've ever had. The interview lasted only five minutes, leaving me wondering why it was scheduled at all if non-EU experience was deemed irrelevant.
This experience suggests that Sambla Group discriminates against international candidates. I strongly advise non-EU citizens to avoid applying, as it seems your experience will not be valued. The HR department’s incompetence and discriminatory practices are clear red flags.
