Entretien
There were two interviews. The first one was with a supervisor who asked general questions about your character. If you pass the first interview you will be directed upstairs where the manager will interview you. The second interview with the manager is similar to the first. The questions are not challenging, nothing to throw you off balance. They are typical interview questions about your interest in the company.

The interview process was pretty average. They made sure I could work certain shifts and be a member of a team. All of the questions were pretty basic and average.

It was good and low stressful process. First step, set up for quick call. They asked me about my background, my experiences with customer services. At the end, aske for the next round of interview in-person.

Asked about hypnotical question of the customer being hard customer and how would you handle it.
Nice ir was quite lengthy but the office was nice and the interviewer was kind. I had to wait a long time which i was discouraged all in all the prices were good enough to skip
