Very straightfoward. Asked me to tell her what I thought the job entailed, then she told me what it entailed. Asked for my availability, asked if I was comfortable dealing with members, then offered me the job.

Very few questions asked. Manager seemed in a rush and the interview was over in 5 minutes. They called me a month after the interview and told me i got the job.
