I reached out to a recruiter and he introduced me to the hiring manager. I had a video call for an hour with the hiring manager. He asked me to share screen with my IDE open to check my coding skills.

They gave a hacker rank type interview first. Didn't make it past that. It was competitive programming questions and probability questions, acken to an actuary. You don't get to talk to a recruiter before then to find out salary and benefits.

Entretien
The first step was an OA. And the second round was a take home challenge of a small data project. The final round was a zoom interview regarding machine learning related questions and behavioral questions.
The people is very friendly, First an OA, then a back to back zoom interview with their director and technical person. The OA is not too bad, and the first interview is more about your resume and giving your introduction
