I was given 2 interviews by two different people. One interview was given by a team lead and the other was by a manager. Both interviews were pretty much exactly the same. The second seemed like a formality and the manager didn't take it seriously. There were about 10 questions total printed on a piece of paper and each question was followed by a set of 6 or 7 follow up questions. The interviewer would ask each question and then rate the employee's oral answer on a scale from 1 to 4. Each rating was assigned a letter instead of a number. If this sounds overly complicated, it is. But that is the Sam's Club way! Immediately following the second interview, I was sent down the street to an urgent care facility where I took a drug test (the pee in a cup kind). Three days later I received a phone call with the official job offer. I accepted and then it took about a week for me to then attend orientation.
