First, a very quick and basic phone call. Then, a cognitive test online that consists of 50 multiple choice questions. Very easy questions, the type of material I was working with as a Gifted and Talented (GT) 1st grader at 6 years old. I was not selected to move forward through the interview process based on my cognitive test, which definitely didn't make sense. Everything about this company and the process seems a bit weird to where it does come off as being a potential scam. Maybe they're seeking low scores on the cognitive test in search of someone to take advantage of? IDK! T
