3 stages: online interview (first), test in writing (second), physical interview at the office with HR and team leaders (third). Nothing but professionalism and politeness from start to finish from each person I spoke to.

Why was I leaving my previous job; What expectations do I have from this job and company; Various difficult/awkward situations from my experience and how did I solve them.
3 steps: online general conversation with a member of the HR team, written test simulating real life situations, physical interview in the office with senior team members, with in-depth conversation about skills and motivation. Polite and professional all over the way.
