Relaxed, but with questions that made you think on your feet and be empowered. I arrived and was immediately ushered into a room to wait for the interviewer(s). While waiting, I was able to see how parts of the company operated. Didn't help for the position I was applying for, but it was interesting. They had a set of questions ready and I answered them.
