I got a call a month after I applied for a interview, the manager was friendly, the interview took about 20 to 30 minutes and was told at the end of the interview that " we will give you a call back if your interview stood out from the others ". I called after two weeks to check up on the status of the interview and she just said the same thing.

Simple and quick. Only lasted 15 minutes. Only five questions were asked. Role play scenario between a customer and employee was prompted by the manager. It was based on how the employee would help the customer with what they were looking for.

Called in for interview. Was told I was hired and they never reached out again. I called to get an update and they kept saying I was hired. They said they never even pulled an application.
