It was very basic. They ask you to give them example's of certain situations where you showed leadership etc..Make sure you show up looking professional. They look for a clean kept demeanor. It was a one on one interview with the store manager. After that she talked with her DM then called to offer me a job a few days later.

If you had a difficult guest approach you because she was not satisfied with her purchase how would you handle it?
Through video chat. Easy to use and a great way to have an interview. She asked some standard questions and it only took about 15 mins. Overall not a bad experience.

They call you to set up interview. The store manager does the interview. Then they do a background check it takes about a week to come back,, and then they will have you start

Quick simple and concise. I appreciated how their interviewer was thorough and made me feel comfortable in the process. Overall the interview was about 30 minutes and I received a call about 2 days later.
