The attitude was poor from the hiring manager and not welcoming. He did show real interest and made comments on how busy he was. Totally did not make me feel at ease and if this is what the culture is like, it’s not a place I want to work.

Entretien
I received an email 2 months after I had applied that they would like to schedule next steps. Was very excited as I am a Salesloft user and I enjoyed using it for my day-to-day sales engagement activities.
Was interviewed by hiring leader. He joined the Zoom call looking fatigued and displayed a nonchalant attitude. When I greeted and asked how are you today - he responded in a lackadaisical manner with 'long day' and 'so many interviews'. This threw me off as I'd very much rather he rescheduled when it was a better time, as he wouldn't be giving anyone a fair chance if he was in a bad mood.
During introduction of myself and my previous experiences, he stopped me a couple of times and made comments that my sales quota in a previous company (small SME btw) is too low and he made a sarcastic remark by asking if the company is still 'alive' because he said the growth is too small. He questioned the company's financial statements which I felt was truly unprofessional and condescending as the company is a small one with limited resources and manpower.
Within 9 mins, he had already stopped me abruptly and said he has enough information. I already know I will not be selected by then but I also realized I do not want to be a part of an organization with him as a leader. I even told him I am a Salesloft user and I like the product which technically makes me my current company a customer and by nature - me a customer too. He did not respond to that at all and disregarded my comments.
A truly horrible experience (probably my worst interview experience) and I wish them the best of luck.

Entretien
I had such an amazing interview experience with SalesLoft! I went through two rounds of phone interviews (one with a Corporate Recruiter & one with my manager), a two hour on-site interview, and one last phone interview! Throughout the entire process, the Corporate Recruiter I was working with was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable! During the on-site interview, I took a tour of the office and then met with 4 different people. They are VERY big on their core values, so make sure you know them! :) After my last phone interview, I was offered the job a couple of days later!
