The worst interview process I've ever been through. The recruiter asked me to take a Hackerrank test as first step but did not tell me what to expect while other candidates had instructions. Then I made it to the final round only to learn almost a month later (only because I emailed the recruiter) that they rejected me saying that the requirements for the role changed. I learned that they hired someone internally, and the exact same happened to me back in 2024. I do not understand why they keep interviewing external candidates if they will promote someone internally at the end. In the interviews they asked for someone with Customer Service/Support with Devops experience AND fluent Portuguese offering a low salary for someone with all of those skills. Overall a very bad experience and it was the last time I applied with Salesforce.
