I went through two rounds - one with a skip level manager and one with the hiring manager. They gave a positive feedback till then and shared that there will be a CEO discussion round. Within one day, I got a call from the HR saying they have shortlisted me and want to release an offer and asked for my documents. After I shared all the documents, they didnt share the offer letter for two weeks and then the called to say they are scheduling a CEO discussion. That too, after formally communicating they have selected me and taking my documents.
