Three-part interview process. One interview with the recruiter, one interview with the team manager, and one interview with the team. I went through all three interviews, got good feedback, and vibed really well with the team. This took almost two months, and at the end of the process I found out my recruiter was suddenly no longer with the company, which is never a good sign. I had to find out who else I should speak to and they told me they were still hiring and would make a decision within the next week. Almost another two weeks went by so I followed up and never heard back. Spent two months in this crazy job market interviewing with this company only for my recruiter to leave and for me to get ghosted. And the job listing is still up almost a year later. I do not recommend applying here.

After the initial interview invite, there was a lack of communication in the whole interview process. The interviewer did not seem to be focused on the interview. After the interview, there was no response to follow up emails and no other way to check the status of application.
