I was approached online and the info sparked my interest so had a chat with the recruiter there who told me about the company growth, the tech team and a bit about the software platform too. It all sounded great and I really wanted to get into some of the newer frameworks they're using. When I met them for interview, there was the recruiter and the development manager and I was asked questions about my experience as well as questions about what I was like to work with. I didnt get the job but the feedback i got helped me understand why and Ive asked to be kept on their books for future.
