I had an interview with HR and then approximately a week later I had another with the unit manager. The turnaround was quickly offered. This was during the height of COVID.

Entretien
I applied online to the job I wanted. Then, I was emailed by HR asking what type of unit I was interested in before asking me to come in for an interview. Immediately after their interview I interviewed with the unit manager. Later that week I came back and interviewed with a future peer.

tell us about a time where you went above and beyond for a patient/family
Very poor text based “interview” that lasted about 3 mins I was more confused by anything at the end of it. Was under the impression I’d be taken seriously and interviewed but nope. Followed up and nothing still confused several days later.
Easy and straightforward. Two rounds, both of which were done virtually. First interview with HR second interview with unit manager. Each lasted 30 minutes. Whole process was 2 weeks, from application to accepting offer.
