I had an unexpected interview wherein I was asked the screen layout of certain screens. It appeared as if they expect people to have screenshots of all the SAP screens in their minds. Judgement should be based on the understanding of the concepts I believe.

The interviewer was not interested in taking interview. He asked my introduction, didn't let me complete that. Took interview hardly for 2 mins. If you expect a candidate with 1 year of experience have knowledge as per your knowledge no will get shortlisted. At the end of interview i asked his name -replied Chetan in to SAP Fico. If has has such kind of attitude to judge and get the work done in 2 mins, i am sure no one will work with him for long .
