Process took about a month from first contact by an external recruiter. Had a total of 10 interviews (in person and by phone). Focused on experience, situational and behavioral questions. They were really concerned with me as a person and whether I would be a good personality fit with the organization. Met with the President, VPs and multiple directors. Dress was business casual.
