It’s two step interview process excluding talent advisor round. The hiring manager ( sr director) was straightforward person who interviewed and liked my profile. The last round was with 2 VP and 1 director. Out of 3 folks, 1 VP lady decided not to show up. The other VP who was on the call said upfront that he will have to leave as he had dinner date with his nephew. From the onset , it looked that have already made the decision regarding whom to hire. The director person seemed eager to cross question for no valid reason. Overall, my recommendation will be not to apply for this company. Their leadership is not strong and has biases
