It was straightforward and average. The questions were not to difficult but really required me to think and respond confidentially. The interview questions were well structured but basic. A tip will be to prepare well in advance and practice speaking infront of a camera. Do research on the company so you can understand it's mission and vision. If you do this the interview will be. They need you to complete a pyometrics assessment and a separate interview using Harver. The pyometrics assessment is easy and it gives you feedback immediately after you complete the game. The games vary and you're assessed on various abilities like risk, your learning abilities etc.
