It took several weeks for me to hear back from the recruiter after I applied, but the interview process moved quickly after that. Screening call --> interview with future manager --> panel interview with mock cold calls. I prepared for the mock calls by watching youtube videos on call techniques and watching webinars about Sage's product.

I applied for an SDR role and the recruiter reached out asking to schedule and interview. I go on the teams call for the interview and she never showed up. I emailed her and haven't gotten a reply.

Incompetent and unprofessional managers running role play interview for employees with no accountability. Panel interview with 3 managers and all of them joined late causing distraction. They were very unorganized and were not on same page.

One of the most robust interview processes I have ever seen, I've worked at Salesforce, Google and Meta. Sage is by far more innovative and really have their stuff together.
